Hi Guys,

I have had one of the DDN guys upgrade my web sites and all is good. However, I just got a complaint that the new portals I created are not allowing registrations. When the register button is clicked on it just throws back to the home screen. This is an example site. Has anyone seen this before? It must be something common and simple. I have gone into the portal and set security of logins to public.

All comments welcome.

Thanks

PS. Yes I am starting a global business association for men that allows men to transact business outside the jurisdiction of anz guvments. Its going to be very cool.

I have been investigating and the security role of registered users does not have the public role ticked. I tried to set it to public by editing it but it disallows the edit. Am I on the right track?
Thanks
Peter

In Admin --> Site Settings, you don't happen to have Advanced Settings > Page Management, Registration Page drop down list set to the Home page do you?

Hi Bill,

it is set to user profile....but I checked another site and it seems it should be set to "none specified". Then it works. Thanks for the tip. It is very much appreciated.

Best Regards
