Using DNN 6.1.3.

I have custom user fields that are set to Admin Only. When a user logs in they not only can view the fields they can edit as well.

How do I make it so "Admin Only" are truely only for Admin?

Thanks.

Hello,

If I'm understanding the issue right, I think your problem might be "visibility."

The "Admin Only" is the default visibility from the perspective of the user. So, when I put my phone number into my profile, by default, who should see it - everybody, only registered users, or only administrators.

The "Visible" checkbox on the profile definitions page will determine whether users can edit that setting. So, if you uncheck "Visible" in the profile definitions, then the user can't edit it...

Does that help?

Mike
