Anyone else have any thoughts...?

When I try to click any link from the page functions menu:

Add New Page Current Page Settings Delete Current Page
Add Settings Delete
Copy Current Page Export Page Import Page
Copy Export Import

Here is the error message I receive:

Our Fire Department Carnival is coming up, and I can't adjust the security setting to make the Carnival Page visible. .... :( Help.

I see this issue hasn't been resolved for 8 years. I have upgraded a site to 7.3.3 and I get the same error when I want to access the page settings of the host page.

please make sure you unblock the upgrade package prior to unzipping all files contained and copy over exiting files in your website.
