Just curious, is 3.3 expected out in months? Years? I know you don't want to give exacts as people tend to take their frustrations out on you.... But I just want to know if I need to write my own PM module or not.

Just guessing and throwing out a time frame I would say by end of summer. If I happen to get free time before than, maybe sooner but not sure since I am trying to revive the gallery project now as well.
