Assembly Load Trace: The following information can be helpful to determine why the assembly 'DNNContentBuilder' could not be loaded.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF. To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1. Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging. To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

I'm assuming from the error message that this is the module you installed:

http://dnncb.codeplex.com/

It appears that either the assembly (.dll file) is corrupt or not compatible with your version of DotNetNuke. Let's try the following to regain access to your site:

Remove the following files from the site's /bin folder:

DNNContentBuilder.dll
DNNContentBuilder.SqlDataProvider.dll
DNNContentBuilder.UI.WebControls.dll
MyTreeView.dll

Hopefully that will allow you to access the site. Then, login as host user and in Host-->Extensions you should see the module in the list of installed extensions and be able to delete it's other components and entries it made to the database.

It appears that this module has not had any development activity since 2009.

Thank you for your time and help.

I have deleted the .dll files and can now access the website again.
