Hi Folks,

I've been searchin through the site, but couldn't find the answer...

The case is that I need to use the hosting provider's file system for current files and images, but I'd like to keep other large files, or old ones, at my server (running IIS). I need this due to:

  1. Hosting provider has limited file system space. That way I can keep current files at hosting provider and older/larger ones at my server;
  2. Hosting provider's connection is fast. Current pages will be loaded fast, and obsolete or archived will connect to my server to some large files or historical files.

Is there a way I can bind my server file system to hosting server's file system so that I can put files to different folders, thus reaching my objective?

Thanks in advance!

If you are running DNN 6.x which introduced folder providers you should be able to use Evotiva's DNNGlobal Storage to accomplish that:
