Hi All,

I am very new to Dotnetnuke, and this is my first post here.  I have installed the Community Edition for evaluation purposes, and am playing around with different features, skins, etc.  I notice that with a skin I downloaded from a third party, there is no Display Name link near the Logout button.  There is one when using the default (Dark Knight) skin.  So, I imagine there must either be something in the admin portal, or something I can do CSS-wise to toggle this on, but I have no idea where to look.  Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Welcome to the DNN community, regarding your error, it sounds like there is sth. missing in the skin, i.e. the login button should turn into the user name, when executed. which Skin are you using?

Hi Sebastian.  Thanks for the reply.  It's called Bright.  http://dnnskinbright.codeplex.com/  I found entries in the CSS for the login button, but I'm still missing something.

Hi Starr, I had a look into the package and it seems to be using DNN default login control. Please try using a very short display name - longer names might get wrapped to the next line and hidden.

Cheers from Germany,

Thanks for taking the time to do that.  What file would I look in to see how the login control is set up?
