Hi,

I have an F&L instance that is setup for on-line judges to select from 40 different contestants (as a dropdown). The other fields in the record are scores for 5 different criteria. Is it possible for the module to verify that each contestant is only used one by the current user? This would keep them from voting for the same contestant more than once. To make it a little trickier, there are 10 judges and each of them will be using the same db, so the module would need to compare that both the current user and the contestant field to determine if the user has previously entered a particular contestant.

I hope that makes sense ;-)

Thanks!

Jim

As a quick update. After a little more research, I determined that this is an older installation of DNN -- so it's the UDT module instead of F&L.

ufortunately, there is no Unique Key Constraint option for data within this module, sorry.

Cheers from Germany,

I thought that was probably the case. Thanks anyway...
