Hi!

     I am (shanmugam) new to DNN. I got error while add module control as below

A critical error has occurred. An item with the same key has already been added.
i am using 6.1.4 version. the detailed error is

As your message reported. There is already an object "Key" with the same value. This could happend on the SQL-Scripts or on the code behind.

Make sure the module is not already installd, make sure if you uninstall the Module all artifacts on Database and all files are removed property.

It looks like you are trying to add another module control which has the same ControlKey as another module control in the same module defition. Each module control in the same module definition must have a unique ControlKey and there must be one and only one control (the default view control) with an empty ControlKey.

Based on the error you are having, it looks in relations to your linq2sql call to the database, which would lead me to believe that your real problem is in the data that you are trying to make a dictionary out of.
