Hi All,

I am new to DNN, and trying to set up a mobile version of the site I'm working on.  I'm following the instructions on this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6v-LA...

But do not have a Mobile Template in the Add Site panel.  I have Default and Blank.  Is there something else I need to install to make use of the mobile functionality in 6.1?

Thanks in advance!

The mobile template is currently only available in the Professional edition and Enterprise edition of DotNetNuke, not the Community edition.

Hi Chris

Does the mobile site need to be populated with its own content or does it come directly from the main website?  What I want to avoid is having to double enter all the content etc.

Look forward to your reply.

Eddie

mobile skin is optimized for small screens and contains an optimized menu. usually you will used dedicated pages with the site or a dedicated portal. where each page just holds a single module.

I don't quite understand why its not in the community edition, but you can download Professional edition from here http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/downlo... and copy Mobile template over to your community installation. Hope this helps.
