Sorry for my English.
I would like use a tag on my stylesheet (.css)  that changes with the culture.
For this, I would like to use this (lang="en-US") in the html tag of my site.

The problem is that this tag appears in the home page and not in others.

Maybe there is another way for the localizer class?

are you talking about an HTML tag or a URL parameter?
in the second case, go to Languages in Site Settings and enable "Include locale in URL" in module settings.
