Hi,

I'm trying to help a client export pages from their site.  Whenever I export a page, the content doesn't appear in the tempalate even though we check "Include Content."  The rest of the page settings show up in the template and some other modules will export content but not the html modules (mostly what the site uses).  I've tried both the Telerik provider and the FCK provider.  I also tried upgrading from DNN 5.6.3 to 5.6.4 and then to 5.6.7 but the issue still persists.

I'm not sure if this is related but I also cannot export a portal template either.  The request takes a long time and eventually stops without any error or exporting anything at all.  I don't have this problem with any of my other DNN installs.

Any ideas/help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

In version 5.6.3 (before upgrading to 5.6.7) I checked this and iportable was NOT supported in extensons.  Since this box is grayed out and can't be enabled through the DNN interface, I found a thread that recommended updating the features field in the database which I did.  When I viewed the extension after the upgrade, it showed that iportable was supported but I was still unable to export content from this module.

I then upgaded to 5.6.4 then 5.6.7 and now this extension show the html module no longer to be iportable once again.

How do you recommend resolving this issue?
