it looks like a settings issue, because FindSystemTimeZoneById should get passed an ID (integer) instead of a string. are you using some 3rd party module for registration / bulk import of users?

Yes indeed we have a 3rd party bulk/import module..The strange thing, everything was running perfectly since 2 months, the error was never found in the DNN event viewer and on wednesday, another admin changed the site settings, to set the timezone to UTC+1. Since that moment the error often occurs (impossible to logout, to add a user).

But when we add, update, delete articles, content, the error is never there.

It really seems to be "profile" related, I mean action on profile, users...

(Event by changing timezone to UTC again or another value, restarting, the error is still there.)

Something goes wrong since he changed that...

DNN 6.0 implemented PreferredTimezone property now based on Windows Timezones (including support for DST). There was some support included for legacy TimeZone property, but it looks like this value doesn't get adjusted properly during updates, for the legacy code continue to run. Check the user profiles and make sure, the PreferredTimezone property has been set appropriately for all users.
