Hi,

I want to create a new superuser account and set it as the primary administrator for an existing site but the account doesn't show up in the drop-down box. I'm new to DotNetNuke but get the feeling I need to assign the new superuser to the site somehow. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

mvirts

the account needs to be assigned to your portal and become member of the administrators role. Depending on your DNN version, ou might need to create the required record in UserPortals database table manually.
