The 'File System' Site Log Storage with DNN 4.0.3 did not work and it still does not work with DNN 4.3.0.

It works fine if the Site Log Storage is set to 'Database' but it does not work if set to 'File System'. The logs files are generated correctly in the "Logs" directory on the server but it seems that they can't be read. The message is always "Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal."

I've set it correctly on both the Host Settings and Site Settings.

Actually, this is behaviour by design AFAIK. The filesystem storage option was added to allow 3rd parties to use the data to analysis dotnetnuke stats i.e. similar to the way that logging tools such as webtrends analysis IIS stats. I believe the main difference is that the page names are written out, rather than tabID’s, which makes it much easier to associate traffic with the correct page.
