Make sure you have the "mode" dropdown list in "Edit". Also, make sure you're still logged in. I can't be logged in to 2 different DNN sites at the same time unless I use completely different browsers.

I had that problem to 6.1.3. I solved the problem by doing a new clean install.

I'm having the exact same problem.

The top menu bar on the site is blank on my published site but contains the normal menu items for Admin, Host etc etc on my local copy. In addition to the menus being missing the "Manage" buttons you get on content areas have no text (see this pic for an example http://i1164.photobucket.com/albums/q...).

I've tried the following:
Making sure that the server deployment is not running in debug mode
Deploying via VS 2010 and doing a file copy
Tried the suggestion James VanDusen from this post http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/F...
Numerous fresh installs of DNN 6.02.02 and DNN 6.02.03, including variations of using either "Blank" or "Default Website".

I have DNN running from VS 2010 (I haven't upgraded DNN to asp.net 4). The menu and "Manage" context button / menu work correctly locally.

When I inspect the top menu on the server I can see the div structure for the menu but there isn't any text labels in it.
