you need to grand write permission for the upload folder to the users (in Admin > File Manager)

I am trying to do the same thing as sreerag was trying to do. --- but to the forum here at DNN.

I am only seeing in the image manager /Portals/25
I am trying to load a pic from my laptop to help describe an issue I am having with a skin.

Can you be a bit more specific for us newbies...

Is this applicable to the DNN Forum?  Admin, ---- where is this? (on my computer - Win7?, or on site?)

Grateful for any insight on resolving this.

Regards

"you need to grand write permission for the upload folder to the users (in Admin > File Manager)"

   This means below steps:
    1. Login in your site with administrator account.
    2. Click dnn built-in menu "Admin - File Manager".
    3. Check on "Read/Browse/Write" permission to "Register Users" and update.
