Hello,

since I upgraded from 4.9.x to 6.1.5 I cannot create any new portals (with Default Website template or Blank Template). I tried to change back the default language to US without results. I could create a portal 2 days before the upgrade.

I add the symbole files to see the error, seems it's linked to the splashtabid. How can I solve that?

I see no irregular values in theses tables. I will check how the upgrade was done but there was no error during the process (code or database).

The weird thing is during the creation, the errors seems to be on the spash screen with the defaults templates but these templates doesn't include any spash screen definition.
