Is there a way to change the PortalId for the TextEditor control?

I'm using this control in a set of modules. The main module where the users creates the contents (Learning Events for me), can be in a different portal than the secondary modules where the content is exposed to final users (Learners in this case). But it will be better if the resources uploaded in the text editor, are placed in the portals where the final users will be seeing it.

So, if I can set the portalId where the TextEditor is working, that should be enough.
