In the start they were really good.

What shocked me is after my contract locked in.

I do not know about your own experience but the tools they use for their control panel crashes often and most of my support tickets were about it not working or giving error messages.

Here are some facts (they are free to point out if i am lying):

- Support ticket that started this whole mess (NNS-271-23766) included an error message that I was getting from thier control panel when I was trying to upload my restored DB.
Error: pmm-ras error (Error code = 1):
== STDOUT ====================
Archiver error: unable to extract files from C:/plesk/tmp/php4BFD.tmp
==============================
== STDERR ====================
==============================

Clearly that is an CRASH.

- Question did they attempt to look at that error? Did they fix it? did they try? NO!.. they were too busy wanting me to pay. Does anyone here consider it a premium service when you ask a company that the tools they provided to their clients do not work?

- NNS-271-23766 ticket is not GONE!! It was in my queue yesterday. They seem to have removed it from my queue and I can not even search it.. HOWEVER I have all records of it from my email. nice! Now what does that look like? All my other tickets are there except this one.

- About my other tickets: "GMG-306-22919", "TCV-284-84488", "AUU-342-22069" were about the option to backup was not working in their tools. They said it was a bug but tool almost an entire month to fix.

They mentioned something about my intentions: what would anyone feels when their sites are down and instead of getting support?

Look at all the good comments I put (even when the problem was a bug in their system). I have no intentions. and now they say "At least we are responding!".. what? are you for real?

Yes, I am frustrated and upset. But on the good side I did manage to get my things in order but this bad experience will not be forgotten.

Let the DNN community know and hopefully it will save someone else's frustration.

Before you go with any recommendation you might understand the service is only perfect for themselves. Even the greatest service has problems, I have no experience with dnn4less but it's been great from other developers' experience.

I found their approach adds insult to injury. see; instead of fixing the problem when it happened they demanded i pay. I insisted they need to fix the errors and the reply was a shocking go else where and no refund.

Honestly; to move to them from GoDaddy was a mistake. Think about it; it's like saying "limitations are everywhere" and "DNN4Less have their problems"..

Well, then might as well save yourself the cost of DNN4Less and go with the cheaper solution.

At least GoDaddy (as an example):

- Has a good service
- Has an excellent refund policy
- Does not use free tools for their Control Panel (which DNN4Less does not even seem to know how to support)
- Would not insult their clients and expose their information on public forums.

An apology and working on their issues would have been enough (now that I managed to get back online after 4-5 hours down time).. but instead they continue to dig themselves in. It's like dealing with childish teens really.

So you threw in a bunch of comments twisting things around and included information about me (as your client) on public forum then failed to answer my comment http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/F...

Basically neglected to mention the error message that I included in the ticket that I was getting from your system.

Error: pmm-ras error (Error code = 1):
== STDOUT ====================
Archiver error: unable to extract files from C:/plesk/tmp/php4BFD.tmp
==============================
== STDERR ====================
==============================

In addition to the other error I was getting from your support chat program which I included in another ticket that day.

You forgot to mention that the errors were never addressed in the ticket.

and you failed to indicate why me, as a customer, would pay for a fix to your tools.

Again; It is extremely annoying that you threw in a bench of my own comments back when I thought your service was good. It turned out to be just the honey moon which ends when your contract locks in.

Since you participated in here you gave more validity to my complaint against DNN4Less as a terrible customer service.

You demonstrated what you would do to clients when you fail your duty as service provider. For that I thank you
