Hello,

I am trying to edit the values for the categories and I found that if I edit the values on one instance of the module on a page it will change the value for all of the other pages that has the feedback module.

Is there a way I can just have different values for each page? The reason I ask is because we have multiple feedback pages and the category values will need to be different for each page but the names of them are the same.

We are running the latest 6.0 version of the feedback module.

Hi,

Yes you are right in your assumption that the category value is globally defined. This is also true of the category name. I have made a change for version 6.1.0 which will enable you to make a category assigned to a single module, but it must still be unique across the portal. If you are looking for something different please add your requirements here - http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com/workitem/20141 - and I'll see if your needs can be met.

Cheers
Roger
