Since upgrading to DNN 6.x, my Rich Text Editor has been picking up components from my skin rather than displaying in all white.  Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

I have a screenshot, but can't see a way to upload/append it to this post.  :(

Are you talking about the background color of the text editor?
Usually, the background of the text editor picks up the bg color of the BODY.
So if you want to set bg color to the body, give it a class or id and style it instead of styling the body element directly.

Yes. mine seems to be picking up a background image from the bacground area around the core content area and repeating it. My editor has stripes! :)

http://pcrc.net  The three stripe shades that are visible in the background below the header is what is getting repeated in my editor.

Can you help a programmer out, and point me to where I might be able to edit some CSS to not use the background color?  I haven't done any skinning.

I searched in your site and find that in in line1 of skin.css, there is a background image used for the body element.
http://pcrc.net/Portals/_default/Skin...

Simply add a pound sign (#) in front of "body" should solve that problem.

Correct, but you should use #Body, as this is case sensitive (if your using an xhtml doctype)
