i found a problem with language switch if language querystring value is lowercase

if in querystring language=en-us -> the content is display in English, but language skinobject is not selected to en-US

if in querystring  language=en-US -> is display corect both content with language skinobject.

It is true dnn language detection is case sensitive. So en-US is a valid local identifier, but en-us is not valid. When dnn detect en-us, it doesn't know which language it should load, so it will fall to the default language ( in most case it is English), and will not change the language skin object selection.
