I'm working on a skin for my new website.  I'm in the process of creating a standard HTML Container for an all CSS skin.  Id like to add the blue stripe from the dark knight skin across the top, but I can't/don't know where the JQuery Code or CSS is that makes it repeat.  When I put it in all I get is the 1 pixel blip.  Could someone point me in the right direction as to where to look??

You should be able to find CSS code for the containers in Portals > _default > Containers > (Your Container Here) folder. Is that what you're looking for?

That is where I looked, but there is no Title Blue as referenced in the user control(.ascx).  See Portals\_default\Containers\DarkKnight\PageTitle_Blue.ascx for the page in a default DNN install

<h1 class="Title Blue"><dnn:title id="dnnTITLE" runat="server"><img alt="" class="TitleBar" src="&lt;%=ContainerPath%&gt;Images/Title-BG-Blue.png" /></dnn:title>

I need to replicate Title Blue in my container.css but I cant find where the original is stored.  When I copy Title-BG-Blue.png, and replicate the above code on my control, I only get the picture placed once, as in one 10x24 blur dot, but no repeat.

AFAIK, Darknight has all CSS inside /portals/_default/skins/darknight/skin.css. But you may use the developer toolbar (e.g. by pressing F12 in IE8/9), select the title bar and get css in the window on the right hand side (switch to Follow Formats).
