DotNetNuke Version 05.06.02

I am having trouble with some large files and showing them in the File Manager.

I have two files -- myfile.zip which contains myfile.mp4.  Both files are about 582 MB in size.  These were placed in the portal directory using ftp.  I've checked and both files have appropriate permissions.

I cannot see either file in the File Manager.  I cannot synchronize and then see the files.

Other files with zip and mp4 extensions can be placed in the file and seen without a problem.

Is there some sort of file limit?  Is there a way to fix this?

AFAIR, DNN is loading files to get image sizes. This might fail on slow or busy servers or´due to missing RAM in the machine.
