if your hosting provider does not support .Net 3.5 or 4.0, I'd suggest upgrading to 4.9.5 ASAP for security reasons and move to another provider, where you may continue upgrades to latest version.

Thank you...Which hosting provider would you recommend? I am with EasyCGI and all other like Power DNN is too expensive for a Non profit organization. How about http://www.ihostasp.net/ ?

Hi Delias, I have been with iHostASP.net for three years and happily recommend them. One note: please submit a ticket via the Support Center (https://support.ihostllc.net/) for any enquiries (the contact email address listed on their main site is no longer used).
