I´m not copying it. I´m creating it directly through Visual Studio DotnetNuke compile mode into the dotnetnuke folder DesktopMode..

The module files must be created and installed by starting the debug.  If  not, the System could not found the file and errors.  Please checkout the videos and the wiki about developing a DotNetNuke module for correct building your own module.  You could also look to some of the existing sources of a DNN module on codeplex.

Without seeing your environment I could not instruct you.

most likely, some of the files are not created in the right place or there are issues with references. But this is hared to tell w/o access to the system.
