In DNN 6.1, the login popup looks fine, but when I click on the "Register" button, it doesn't re-size to accommodate the additional (and larger) text fields. Is there a way to change this so it does automatically resize appropriately?

AFAIR the popup simply injects a custom iframe with a style of #iPopup(found in Portals\_default\default.css) -typically you would expand an iframe via javascript but you dont have this option without hacking the core code - perhaps one of the suggestions at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1263968/iframe-not-expand-to-100-height would work. Note: 6.2.0 adds a lot more control over what fields are required for registration (you can even get it down to 2 fields), so perhaps you can use that to reduce the number of fields and avoid this issue.
