I recently started getting this error while trying to access the Host>extensions tab. Please let me know where I should look to fix this. This is on 6.1.5

this function is ran for each installed extension to see if a delete button should be shown, so it indicates some extension related problem - id suggest installing the symbol files so you see what linenumber fails, that will at least show whether its a skin/container or provider problem, though the best thing to do would be to debug the packagecontroller.candeletepackage method

Got it... there was a record in the packages table for the Dark Knight skin that needed manual deletion.
