Creating a custom email form using Form and List Module

Hi, am new to Dnn, but doing my best to understand it, i have almost finished with a website now its time for me to design an email form and a photo gallery,,, i used feedback form module but i cant add new fields then i used Form and List Module that looks very strange to me, can some buddy help me if there is a way to use Form and list module as an email form, or is there any other way to accomplished my needs, also how could i add a photo gallery to my DNN website?? please replay,, thanks in advance,,

using Form and List you may create a simple list of inpupt fields and send it to one or multiple email addresses. If you need more control, check out http://helferleinform.codeplex.com.

thank you a lot lot much to both of you Sebastian Leupold and Justin, both of your help made my week and i done both the form as i wanted and image gallery, finally finished my first DNN 6 project , again so very thank you to both of you.
