Looking at the code it sends the following emails, when someone enroills:-

Moderated
  • Email the moderator using the 'Moderate Event/Enrollment Email Action Required - Subject' template
  • Email the event owner using the 'Moderate Event/Enrollment Email Approve/Deny - Body' appended with 'Enrollment Email - Waiting Suffix' template
  • Email the enrolee using the 'Moderate Event/Enrollment Email Approve/Deny - Body' appended with 'Enrollment Email - Waiting Suffix' template

Unmoderated

  • Email the event owner using the 'Moderate Event/Enrollment Email Approve/Deny - Body' appended with 'Enrollment Email - Approved Suffix' template
  • Email the enrolee using the 'Moderate Event/Enrollment Email Approve/Deny - Body' appended with 'Enrollment Email - Approved Suffix' template

Roger, thank you for your valuable inputs. The good news is that I am now down to 2 emails instead of 3 (not really sure why but that's progress). Now, is it possible that I am also being sent the email that is intended for the enrolee?

Should only be if you have your email address against the enrolee....

Roger thanks again for your help on this. Through your questions, I realized that one of my issue was the fact that even though I was modifying the overall events settings, that did not update any settings on already created events. By going back to the actual event and removing the Paypal email address (even though the event is FREE), I hope to get rid of one of the extra email I was getting. I will continue to poke around and let you know if I finally get it to where I want it.

Thanks again for your time in helping me getting to the bottom of this.
