I have a DNN server being used as an intranet server on my Windows 2008R2 domain. I want to add links to a page that, when clicked, execute *.cmd files. When I add the links using the links module and set it as a file type and use a UNC path to the *.cmd file, I get a Page Not Found error. I then uploaded the *.cmd files using DNN file manager, to a portal that the current user has access to and I still get the error when using the link. However, I can go to the DNN file manager and click on the file in the file list and it runs as expected.

I am running version 6.01.02 of DNN

Any ideas?

Thanks,,

Dave
