I have a form and list module.  I added tooltips/help text.

When you hover over the 'i' icon, the tip comes up and then goes away so quickly that the user doesn't have time to read the longer text.

In all of the dotnetnuke settings pages (and even this form I'm filling out now), the tooltip text comes up and stays up, and can also be pinned.  Is there a way to get this functionality on the form and list tooltips?  At the very least, I'd like to be able to configure something so that the popup doesn't disappear before the user can read the text.

Thanks!
