no, the messaging module simply sends the text entered into the body/subject - other "system" mails such as registration/password reset etc. can be customized via the admin->languages tools

You mentioned there would be a messaging module in DNN 6.2 that would allow users to send messages to specific security groups. More generally, I am wondering: is it possible to find a copy of the release notes for DNN 6.2?

6.2.0 is not released yet, but you can find the roadmap at http://support.dotnetnuke.com/project/Project.aspx?Tab=Roadmap&PROJID=2 (once released you can see what was in a release via the changelog http://support.dotnetnuke.com/project/Project.aspx?Tab=Changelog&PROJID=2 ) -you can also find release notes on the beta/rc e.g. http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/releases/view/82490

Thanks. Does the messaging module in DNN 6.1.5 support sending the same message to more than one user at a time? I looked through the manual and it didn't seem to indicate that it did and I also tried entering more than one user separated by commas and this wouldn't work.

Also, just to confirm: Does DNN 6.2 allow administrators to send messages to all members from specific security roles?
