Firstly, great job with the new version! One little niggle, there has to be one!!

The Categories dropdown box used to auto-expand to fit the width of the categories, so they always displayed one category to one line. Now the dropdown box seems to be a fixed width and my categories spread out over two or three lines.

Is there a way to make the dropdown auto-expand as it did before?

Anyway, I have recreated the problem on a cancelled job at http://www.1066-ice-skating-club.org.uk/NewsEvents.aspx

You will note that I am using locations as categories, this is intentional as the requirement is to filter by location.

Having already seen the categories nicely arranged per line, the client isn't very happy now.

Was there a reason why the dropdown box was made a fixed width?
