The issue has been logged, though only the second part of it a.k.a. making  all of the comboboxes on the module selection page regular ones.  That's the more important part of this since I can mouse over just fine; I just didn't know how to do it with my screen reader till I looked it up.  I'm still trying to figure out what kind of a skin I could install that would allow for this now since I can't find anything on bing.  But just out of curiosity, what made you guys choose to make both of those selections (the modules category which is a regular combobox that I can navigate just fine), and then the module selection box which seems to be some sort of unrecognizable edit box which has zero keyboard navigation; that's what I need to change, different?  Why not just make them the same that way this would never have been a problem in the first place?

Im not sure as I wasnt part of the team that did that - however the "old" control panel was quite primitive so it was probably a desire to make them look more modern.

On that note, you can revert back to the "old" control panel - to do so log in as host and go to host->host settings, click "other settings' and change the controlpanel from ribbonbar to iconbar - as the iconbar used simpler html it may suit your needs better (or else you could try http://oliverhine.com/DotNetNuke/Admi... which is a popular free alternative)

Yes; thanks.  The reversion might help, though I did download Oliver's module, though figuring out how to install modules downloaded from the Internet (at least pertaining to DNN 6,) has been a bit hard to come by in terms of articles and tutorials.  What is the basic process for it?  Everything I have found has said to go to host settings and then module definitions and then upload the module, however, that is in reference to DNN 4.  Is the procedure any different for the latest version?

This is great; Oliver certainly knows how to make things easier, that's for sure.  Using that control panel makes everything visible.  I can even see the module list now since he made it a regular combobox.  Now all I have to do is put the right code in the right place to get the module action menu switched to plann CSS, and then I'll be good.  But now I'm really curious how all of that was switched out; I'll have to ask Oliver how he did that; it intrigues me.
