Hello Members,

I would like to give my heartiest congratulations to DNN for theri 6.2 release. This edition creates a milestone in journey of dnn with the includion of social networking. And I have got heads up to upgrade our webportal to 6.2. We may be looking for the professional edition of 6.2 if everything goes well.

Our current site is 5.6.2 and we have planned to take it to 6.2. So can you suggest what should be the best upgrade path. Can I use 6.1.5 prof trial edition for upgrade.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Cheers Amit!

Amit,
if you certailly want to use DNN Professional edition, you may upgrade to a Pro trial, otherwise use Community Edition, as there is no downgrade path from Pro to Community. Besides, you should upgrade to latest DNN 5 version first and next upgrade to DNN 6.1.5 and 6.2.0, when available.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
