I have a curious situation

Scenario
Upgrade to 6.2 from a clean install of 6.1.3
Developing a module which has a Telerik RadPanelBar (also occurs with DNNPanelBar though)
Module is View and contains a simple asp text box and the RADPanelPBar

Error
When I am logged out so that the DNNAdmin RibbonBar at the top of the page is not visible, my modules RadPanelBar appears fine.  When log in so the DNNAdmin RibbonBar at the top of the page IS visible.  My RadPanelBar gets minimised by the javascript on the page.  It becomes a height of 0px and hence no longer visible

Postulation
The javascript that sets up the DNNAdminRibonBar is mistakingly collpasing my modules PanelBar

Does this seem possible?  How could i test for this and fix this?

Thanks
