I have a problem that I'm hoping someone can help me with.

I have .pdf files in folders, each folder can only be accessed by certain members with a security role.

But when I click on the download icon the window that pops up has a greyed out download button.

If I try it as admin it works fine. I'm very new to DNN so I'm sure could be missing something simple.

Thank you in advance

Did you happen to figure this out? I'm witnessing the same behavior.

Please check folder and file permissins over the DNN file manager for the user roles you want to have they could download from the folder.
