usually it will complete as the code is being executed on the server and doesnt need a client -you can usually try http://localhost/dotnetnuke_enterprise/install/install.aspx?mode=none to verify if the database is up to the correct version (and matches the assembly)

Buy the new Professional DNN7: Open Source .NET CMS Platform book Amazon US

 Thank you.

The version is correct (identical  as  install/install.aspx?mode=none reports) and also the website is working well without any (new) errors.

In some other thread i posted that i was seeing my local installation very slow, after updating to 6.2 for test purposes.

Today i updated one of my websites (the one in the signature) from 6.1.5 to 6.2.

So, i would like to correct my initial post. 6.2 IS slower from 6.1.5 but nothing alerting IMHO.

I run this website in a DNN premium (shared) account with a 100mb dedicated pool.

More of my findings with 6.2 on Monday (after our elections ....) !

Yesterday i updated a customer's DNN to 6.2 (from 6.1.5).

During the update i got an exception from Telerik but after that i don't see anything wrong. There is also somebody else that reported that error here.

Everything seem ok, except one thing: i don't see the same Login/Register buttons (just the text) and i don't see the new options when logged in (at top right, Check messages, Check notifications, Avatar, Logout).

I don't understand why.
