Hi everyone, My site on DNN 6.2 doesn't send emails online. The SMTP appears not to function. The thing is that we I try to send an email locally through 127.0.0.1, It shows me that the email was sent successfully in neptune (SMTP local server). But when I try to send it online, no message appears and the email is not send. My website is running in windows azure, don't know if it has something relative to the cause of the problem. I also use the dnn quick form (free version) module and it also appears no to send any emails. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi Richard thanks for reply. Yes actually I dont use 127.0.0.1 on Azure, I just use it locally. On azure I use pod51018.outlook.com which is my corresponding smtp server online. But it doesn't get to send any email and doesn't show messages indicating if the email was send or no, or even if there is a error when I press the test buttom. But I think probably is something relative to Azure, because when I do a local test when I press the testing buttom, it show me a green message indicating that an email was sent successfully but it doesn't happen when I do the test online. I really need some help with this problem.
