Hi Michael,

we are in need of  photo gallery with workflow concept where a user can create album and add files but only host can approve it to show to public. So we planned to edit the source but stuck with compiling the existing source and not able to check or view source of database tables and procedures.

Did you first install the Gallery module's source package as you would any other module's install package? This is necessary to properly register the Gallery controls (ascx files) in the various core database tables.

As for database tables and stored procedures specific to the Gallery module, you're not finding them because there are none. Gallery uses an xml file (named _metadata.resources) in each Gallery album folder to store each media item's metadata such as Name, Title, Description, etc. When an album or media item is added, the DotNetNuke file system API is called upon to create the appropriate entries in the core Folders and Files table.
