Hi
I have failed completely to update a hosted test dnn site but have had some success with a clean install and a new database.
The problem I have is that I can login, make secure by changing passwords, add modules such as Whats New and add new users.  It all seems quick and as normal.
When I add a UDT module or forum I get:
Error: User Defined Table is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.UserDefinedTable.UserDefinedTable.BindData() at DotNetNuke.Modules.UserDefinedTable.UserDefinedTable.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Top part of the second error report:
Unhandled error loading module.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Unhandled Error Adding Module to ContentPane ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.

I suspect that this may be a connection string issue but I really do not know enough to even begin to what the actual problem may be.   Thanks in advance for any help anyone may be able to provide.
