On our website we use CISS.SideMenu (which was purchased from Snowcovered) to display links to children pages on most of our pages on our website in the left pane.

Now that I have upgraded to DotNetNuke v6 it is not compatible.  Does anyone know of an upgrade that I could do to continue to use CISS.SideMenu with v6?  If so, where can I get it as I have searched and have been unable to find it.

If there is no known upgrade, it seems I am going to lose all of my side menus.  Does anyone know what I should use instead to get that functionality back?

Thank you,
Jeff M.

I have replaced the CISS.SideMenu with the standard DNN Nav menu component. If you are using Artisteer it can configure the side menu for you. Since the DNN Nav menu is not a module you will need to put it into your skin

HI Jeff

I use copies of CISS side menu on a few V6 sites.
You need to make sure you have the latest version.
Have you checked your SC account to see if a later version is available to you?

FYI: I am using v 1.04.42  - This version has 2 variants to deal with local and full trust hosting.

http://www.royal-southern.co.uk/  although this is a mega menu it is the CISS module (skin object).

What is SC?  Is that where we purchased CISS sidemenu originally?

HI Jeff

Sorry I meant the site formerly know as Snow Covered which is now known simply as
http://store.dotnetnuke.com/

Login using the account details you used when you bought the module and look in "My Downloads" to see if a later version is now available to you.
It may not be and there may be an upgrade fee to pay.

The menu used to be called CISS Side menu but this is now part of the DnNn360 menu.
This vendors page is quite confused with lots of skin examples etc

Hope this helps
