hi all.

sorry for ask something like simple, but i have looking for help in many places and can't seek anything to help me

 

i have some sites in DNN 5 (no have intention to upgrade right now - dnn 6 only new sites and costumers)

soo, i cant use CSS3 in DNN 5.1. for ie9 views

someone knows how i can allow CSS3 on DNN 5?

any help is wellcome

Hello,

Unless I'm missing something here, I think maybe you're a little mixed up about the CSS stuff.

CSS compatibility is a browser-level issue... not a DNN issue. You can send HTML5 content and CSS3 stuff along through DNN, it's just that not all browsers will support everything.

let me explain better

 

CSS3 work in moz and chrome, but dont run fine in ie9.

and ie9 have support to css3

Hello,

Yes, support for recent changes to the css and html specs has always been tricky across browsers. It usually takes a while for things to get broad support.

Still, this is not a dotnetnuke problem... that's an IE9 problem. Your complaint is better directed at Microsoft than at DNN.
