Hello all,

I have one "simple" question.

I'am building a Dotnetnuke extension, which I need to update a textbox (or textarea) while the code runs. The logic is exactly as the Dotnetnuke 6 Installation Wizard when this page writes each line in the text area after running each SQL script.

So, the objective is to view each inserted line after I add some object in SQL and not have to wait to see all the text in textbox object after the page loads.

Is this done with client callbacks? Can anyone give me a simple example to do this?

Thank you all in advance.

Best regards,

Bruno Miguel Leal

we currently just use simple response.write lines to write to the output buffer - a future upgrade will use a richer client callback ajax based interface

Thank you for your response.

I still haven't tried that way. I will investigate it.

Best regards,
