Hi all,

I'm new to DNN Active Directory. I hope someone can help me here. Its been a month since I am working on this issue.
I have this error logs below and I really need to understand it so that I can have an idea of how I can fix this issue.
This happens every time i log in using our domain account. The accounts/test accounts I am using works on other AD. Just on my site. I have tried these account before and it worked. I don't have any idea why it's not working now.

I don't really have idea on the findings or solution in this problem.

Please if anyone out there can help. It will be much appreciated.
Thank you very much.

What do you mean by other AD? Do you mean when you log onto a physical computer that's part of the domain? Did you get any errors when you setup the provider settings? What happens when you go to http:///desktopmodules/authenticationservices/activedirectory/windowssignin.aspx? What version of the AD Provider are you using? And what Server OS are you running it on?

Other AD - I mean, we have some web site that uses DNN Active Directory. And our users can log in using their account in out domain. I'm not sure if the team got error when they setup the provider settings.
I'm sorry if I did not mention the version of AD I am using, It is 5.0.4 version.

We are using the WIndows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1. ADSIAuthenticationProvider - this is the AD Provider we are using.

Sorry for the delay in replying....
Is this instance part of the same DotNetNuke install or is it a separate DotNetNuke install? Without knowing if there's an error when the settings are applied it's a little bit hard to help. All I can do at this point is point you towards the documentation found at http://dnnauthad.codeplex.com.
