I am sure that the developers who built the site made a custom module. The problem is that the contact form isn't working properly and I am trying to troubleshoot. It doesn't seeem like "View Code" gives me any insight. Also, the test in SMTP settings is succesful...it sends a "thank you for contacing ABC Girters..." message. I replied to Tom Anderson earlier in the thread with the only details provided by accessing Extensions.

you might consider replacing the module by a default module - either dnn Feedback (dnnfeedback.codeplex.com), Helferlein Form (helferleinform.codeplex.com) or a commercial forms module, depending on your needs. I fear, fixing the existing module might take more time than setting up one of the modules mentioned before.
