I've a copy of mariette's site, I'll try to reproduce this error over the weekend and determine the cause. I believe it is skin related, with one or more elements incorrectly using parent paths (../) to move outside their webroot.

I will be very supprised if you anything skin related. I have looked over my skin/containers many times and I could not find anything....

I second Mariette's opinion.  I have searched for that string in the past, and just to be sure I searched for it again, throughout the entire installation and all of its subdirectories.  I found it in a few files but none which are in use.
