I've got an issue in a DNN 4.9.3 site that has just cropped up.  When I add a new text/html module to a pane, it does not show up immediately on postback after adding it.  I can F5 the page and it still does not show up. If i go and either clear the cache or restart the application, and then go back to the page I added the module to it shows up.

In Host Settings it was set to Heavy Cache on Disk; I changed it to Moderate cache on Disk and it did not help.

Does anyone know why this is happening or more importantly how to fix it?
